| All Other | 10/24/2012 | The petitioner in the above-entitled matter having filed a Motion for Stay and Petition for Special Action, and the court having conducted a stay conference, the court finds pursuant to Rule 55, Ariz. R. P. Juv. Ct., that the Motion for Stay establishes extraordinary circumstances to continue the dependency trial, currently set for October 29, 2012, beyond the time prescribed by law. Therefore, it is ORDERED: The dependency trial scheduled for October 29, 2012 is vacated subject to resetting by the respondent court upon resolution of this special action. FURTHER ORDERED: The respondent’s order disqualifying the Office of Children’s Counsel (OCC) as attorney for the child, designating OCC as guardian ad litem, and appointing new counsel for the child, is stayed. FURTHER ORDERED: The Motion to Expedite Ruling is taken under advisement. FURTHER ORDERED: The Court will consider the Petition WITHOUT ORAL ARGUMENT. FURTHER ORDERED: The Response to the Petition shall be filed and served not later than November 02, 2012.
